Leadership Retreat
Each year the leadership here gathers together for a "retreat" (I prefer the word advance).
We will review the past year and what we could have done better.
We will look to the next year and continue to discern how we can join God in the work of redemption.
Obviously one thing you could have done better is to have that praise band from Long Beach come back for more concerts … expenses paid, of course.
Randy, I believe Greg is looking for an “advance.”

We literally changed the title of our working weekends from “retreat” to “advance” in order to align everyone’s expectations accordingly. There was always too much hope that someone would turn the org charts into pictionary.
You could advance on the European mission scene… That would be way cool…
