		<description>There are certain foods that simply cannot be duplicated within the confines of US law. For instance, in the south the best BBQ (which is always a pulled pork, smoked, and NOT slathered in some sauce that somebody thinks is the best in the world) is always found at a small side of the road BBQ pit that has a health rating of no higher than a &quot;C&quot; and has a healthy looking swarm of flies around it!</description>
