It's just that anything governmental takes its own sweet time. From having worked for the Federal government, I'm well familiar with this. I sent a letter dated 1/29 to Office of Personnel Management instructing them to drop some life insurance I was carrying. Since they continue to hold out the premiums, I called this week (last week of March) to see if they received the letter and what's up. (I should have known.) Yes, they show it as "received" on March 2nd, and it will take 30-60 days from THAT date to process it!! But eventually it will be done. In our fair city right now, we are dealing with re-appraisals! It's a joke, but no many people are laughing!! :) You will get it back. It’s just that anything governmental takes its own sweet time.
