We took an in depth look Sunday at how our personality gets in the way and paves the way for effective service.

I actually thought it was quite fun exploring the different personality types and the volunteers who illustrated this through our dramas did an excellent job.

One of the things I’ve enjoyed about the MADE campaign is the opportunity for behind the scenes work and on public display of gifts by many of our people.

   So you had drama and no one left angry but you put drama on a video and people leave angry?? Very interesting.

   Those personality profiles are great fun, and are effective in communication too. I think churches have different personalities too, for better or for worse.
