The county tax collector said too bad, just because the bill went to a wrong address you still have to pay the penalties and fees.

The county assessor disagreed and said the address on the assessor’s roll was incorrect and all penalties and fees should be refunded.

How do we know this?

It’s all in the paperwork (along with the check) that we received.  I may send the county assessor some flowers (to the wrong address of course).

It took longer to receive the letter (along with the check), longer than they told us it would take.

If it wasn’t for our heads up mail carrier it would have taken even longer.

I actually thought it was quite fun exploring the different personality types and the volunteers who illustrated this through our dramas did an excellent job.
