That’s a good feeling. To go back somewhere and know you’d do it again!
That’s how I feel when ever I go back to the University of Central Florida. We were the first class (80) to graduate under the then new (F.T.U. to UCF) name. Now UCF is the 3rd largest university in the country.
Never been to ACU, but when I returned to Lipscomb a few years ago, I was impressed with the changes on campus. No desire to go back to college, though.
Abilene as a whole is a very neat place these days. Would go live there in a second. If Tom weren’t from Biloxi and so used to the warm, very humid climate and liking to be on the water so much in his little 21′ Catalina sailboat.
Still . . . I love visiting there very often.
