La Esposa has been receiving correspondence from AARP and other age targeted advertisers.
She believes someone is playing a joke on her and has subscribed her.
She stops short of naming names but hints that the last name is Smith.
Yesterday she got a catalog from the Scooter Store.
The letter instructed her not to allow denial to continue to affect her mobility and for her to now that medicare would cover the cost of her scooter.

My, my, my … how we deny the obvious when it has to do with getting older. Tell Beth to get that thing at today’s price as who knows what they’ll cost when she really needs it.

I do not understand why she is getting that at all. She is nowhere near old enough to be thinking about retirement. I know that, because I am older than she is.
