Groundhog Day Blues
Can you believe I missed Groundhog day?
It’s one of my all time favorite holidays and I worked right through it – not even noticing until it was too late to celebrate appropriately.
(I find that Groundhog has to marinate for at least 24 hours before grilling or it’s tough and gamey.)
Didn’t even watch Groundhog Day.
I’m so ashamed of myself.
